Brand Out The Box Program Policy

  1. This program does not offer a refund of either the setup fee or subscription fees once you have made your payment and/or access our platform.
  2. The program provides access to our marketplace namely MONLANE hosted on Shopify. This means you will be provided a landing page where you will be able to point or redirect your own domain. If in the future you decide to close your account with us, your landing page cannot be transferred to you and will be closed immediately. Your account will be terminated upon cancellation and all brand details such as logo, about us, images, copyright etc will be permanently removed from our database.
  3. If you default on your set up fee or subscription payment your store is at risk of being closed immediately. You will have 15 days from your payment due date to update your payment after which your store will be disabled. If after 15 days, you have not reactivated your account by paying the past due balance your account will be closed. Once closed we are not obligated to rebuild your landing page and/or reinstate your account. All brand details such as logo, about us, images, copyright etc will be permanently removed from our database.
  4. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government ID (must not be expiring within the next 6 months) along with the last 4 digits of the card you have used for payment. This is proof that you approve of current and future transactions from MONLATIC LLC and its entity MONLANE in relation to our Brand Out The Box Program.
  5. This policy is subjected to change.
